The New Run-Off Filtration System at Zoomerz

First, a portion of the existing sewer line was extracted.	The filtration basin was then lowered into the hole.

The top was then lowered down and sealed to assure complete filtration.	The basin removes the oils and sediment flowing through the sewer.

The basin contains three sediment compartments and an oil filter, which filters the stormwater.	Once the compartment was installed, sealed and tested, it was time to fill in the hole

The manholes needed to be leveled to assure a smooth drive over the city's new equipment.	Pavement was added to assure the equipment was secure and ready for heavy traffic.

The city cleans out the sediment traps and change the filter every six months.
