Leaf Collection Begins October 15

The City of Kingsport provides leaf collection for our residents from October 15 through January 15.  The City is divided into six different zones, with a crew in each area.  It takes approximately two weeks to cover each area.  Leaves should be raked to the edge of the roadway, but not in the road, to facilitate pick-up.  Bagged leaves will be picked up on a call in basis.
